When I first started Clara James Tutoring, I wanted to bring tutors together to share ideas, achievements and challenges. I thought we could learn from each other and, ultimately, provide better support for the children we worked with.
That was the response I heard. The idea never really took off, but I never stopped believing in it.
Because I don't believe another tutor's success has to come at the expense of my own. We all bring different experiences, strengths and approaches, and we have so much to learn from one another.
So I'm finally creating the community I wished existed when I started.
